Delivery typically takes 6–11 business days, which includes 1–2 business days for processing and 5–9 business days for shipping, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition, with original tags attached and suitable for resale.
We also accept returns of items purchased during sales. Sale items can be returned for a different product (via a new order), a store voucher, or a refund.
