Section 18 – Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@belvenii.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The reimbursement will reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is not affected by this policy.
