Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1 to 2 business days. During this time, your items are carefully checked, packed, and prepared for collection by Royal Mail. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM GMT will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping and Transit Time
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 9 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within the United Kingdom and the operational schedules of Royal Mail and other trusted UK couriers.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Belvenii delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to fulfil orders to international destinations, PO Boxes, or forwarding addresses. Please ensure a valid residential or business delivery address is provided at checkout.
