Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Belvenii. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process in line with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To begin a return, contact us at info@belvenii.com with the subject line "Return Request" before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Policy Overview

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order, during which you may cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Our 30-day window extends beyond this statutory minimum as a goodwill policy.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags attached and packaging intact
  • Free from any signs of use, odour, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate your return:

  • Email info@belvenii.com with the subject line "Return Request"
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning
  • Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  • Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in our confirmation
  • Use a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Return Costs

Change of Mind Returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, Belvenii will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue along with your order number. We will arrange or reimburse the return shipping after receiving the item and proof of postage.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of inspection. The funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.


Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where they are found to be faulty or misdescribed, in which case your statutory rights still apply:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original tags
  • Swimwear and underwear, for hygiene reasons

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@belvenii.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank or payment account, including any pending transactions
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@belvenii.com and we will investigate on your behalf.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@belvenii.com or call us at +44 20 3996 2344. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns process upon delivery.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
